Our "Made-to-Order" Philosophy At Mamash, every piece of art is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order. This "Print on Demand" approach helps us stay sustainable and reduce waste. Because of this bespoke nature, we encourage you to double-check your sizes and selections carefully.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If your print arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item, please accept our sincerest apologies.

The Process: Please email us at shalom@mamash.co within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and the packaging.

The Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind (UK & EU Customers) Under the UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Exclusions: This 14-day window does not apply to orders shipped to the USA or Canada, where all sales are final unless the item is faulty. It also does not apply to custom or personalized products.
Exchanges Because each Mamash print is custom-produced at the time of your order, we do not hold physical stock for direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, the most efficient way to proceed is to return your original item for a refund (available for UK/EU customers within 14 days) and place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return Please do not send your purchase back to the printing facility. Contact us at shalom@mamash.co to receive the correct return address for our UK studio.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
