Sustainable, Local Production We believe in art that’s kind to the planet. To reduce carbon emissions and ensure your prints arrive as quickly as possible, Mamash partners with a global network of over 140 local printing facilities. When you place an order, it is automatically routed to the production hub closest to your delivery address.

1. Processing & Production Times Every Mamash print is made-to-order.

  • Standard Production: Please allow 2–4 business days for your art to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the facility.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows Shipping times depend on your location and the local carrier. While 95% of our orders are produced in the same country they are delivered to, these are our typical estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days.

  • European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • USA & Canada: 3–8 business days.

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days.

  • Please note: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, we are committed to delivering your goods within 30 days of purchase.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options in most regions.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For our customers in the US, UK, and EU, orders are typically fulfilled locally, meaning you should not incur customs fees. However, if an item is shipped across a border (such as into Canada or outside the EU), the buyer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.

5. Accuracy & Address Details Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. As our prints are custom-made, Mamash is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We generally cannot ship to PO Boxes; please provide a physical residential or business address.

6. Order Tracking & Lost Parcels All Mamash orders include tracking. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at shalom@mamash.co. We will investigate and, if the item is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
